As clearly stated on our site, all orders over 99€ qualify for free shipping, with exact delivery options and corresponding shipping fees fully displayed for your review at the checkout page before you confirm your payment.
We hold the right at any time, without prior individual notification, to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue any part of our website services, features, or product offerings, for reasons including but not limited to platform security maintenance, system upgrade, inventory adjustment, regulatory compliance requirement, or unexpected operational disruptions. 3. Product Information and Order Processing
We make every reasonable effort to display all product details on our website as accurately as possible, including product color, fabric composition, size measurements, style description, and product photographs. However, please note that minor variations in product color may appear due to different display screen settings on different user devices, and these subtle variations do not count as a product defect or qualify as valid grounds for a complaint unrelated to our stated returns policy. All product prices displayed on www.tramontolabel.com are quoted in Euro (EUR), and are subject to adjustment at any time without prior notice, though the price that is confirmed at the moment you submit your order will be the final price applicable to that specific transaction.
After you submit an order and complete the full payment process, you will receive an automated order confirmation email sent to your provided contact address. This email is only a notification confirming that we have received your order request, and does not constitute a formal acceptance of your order. We hold the right to verify order details, confirm inventory availability, and reject any submitted order for reasons including but not limited to inaccurate product pricing listed on the website, suspected fraudulent transaction activity, inventory stock shortage, or situations where we are unable to verify your provided billing or delivery information. If we reject your order after we have already processed your payment, we will issue a full refund of the charged amount back to your original payment method, within 7 working days of the order rejection notification.
We do not allow order modifications (including changes to product size, color, delivery address, or order content) after your order has been dispatched from our Zagreb warehouse. If you wish to make changes to your submitted order before it enters the shipping processing queue, you must contact our customer support team immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been packed and handed over to our courier partner.
4. Payment Terms
All payments processed through our website go through industry-standard secure checkout systems, to ensure that all your payment information is fully encrypted and protected from unauthorized access. We accept all major internationally recognized payment methods that are clearly displayed on our checkout page. You confirm that you are the legal authorized holder of the payment method you use to complete the transaction, and that you have sufficient available funds to cover the full cost of your submitted order, including all product prices, applicable shipping fees, and any relevant taxes or duties as stated at checkout.
All unauthorized payment disputes or chargeback requests submitted to your payment provider without prior communication with our customer support team will be thoroughly investigated. The total aggregate maximum liability of Tramonto the Label d.o.o. to you for any and all claims arising from your use of our platform or our products shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us for the specific order that gives rise to the relevant claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not fully apply to you, in line with the mandatory legal provisions in your local region.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to these Terms, our website services, or your product purchase from our platform shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation between you and our team. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of the start of the negotiation, you agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for all legal proceedings related to the dispute shall be the competent courts located in the city of Zagreb, Croatia.
If you are a consumer residing in a European Economic Area member state, you retain all the consumer protection rights granted to you by the mandatory legal provisions of your country of residence, which shall not be affected by the jurisdiction clauses outlined in this section.
